Our good spirits are available daily from 06:30 am to 03:00 pm at reception to provide you with personal advice. 

We have an underground car park with an entrance height of 1.95 metres. There are 27 parking spaces available. Use of the car park is free of charge. Reservations cannot be made. There are also free public car parks around the hotel.

Leave the hotel, keep to the right, cross the main road and in a few minutes you will be at the platform for S-Bahn lines 3 and 2 to Hamburg. The S-Bahn runs every 10/20 minutes depending on the time of day. Tickets are available from the ticket machine at the station. We recommend the 09:00 group day ticket. You will need the 1-2 rings area.

Monday-Friday from 06:30 am - 09:30 am and on weekends and public holidays from 07:30 am - 10:00 am we serve a rich organic & regional breakfast buffet in our meeting point. We charge €18.90 per adult and €11.90 for children aged 4-14.

We love pets too - but they are not allowed in our Auszeit Hotel. 

Yes - there is a lift in the house which can be used on all floors. It is a hydraulic lift that makes a slight noise when in operation.

Yes - we hire out touring bikes (€25.00/day) and e-bikes (€35.00/day). Normally we have 2 bikes on site. If you need more or want to be on the safe side, please send us a reservation to: buchung@auszeit-hh.de.

Direct bookers will receive an email one day before arrival and a text message with the check-in link on the day of arrival. Bookers via external sites will receive a text message with the check-in link from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. After check-in, all guests will receive another text message with the link to the keys from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Now you can arrive 24/7 and your smartphone will open the doors. This is how it works!

Your room will be available from 03:00 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier and park your car. If you have already checked in, you can use your smartphone to open the garage door. You will find the key "Underground garage access" under the menu item "Your keys", click the check-in link again.

The room is generally available from 03:00 pm on the day of arrival. Keep an eye on your e-mail/SMS inbox. If we have all the data, the good spirits from housekeeping will unlock the room as soon as it is ready. You can then use your smartphone to enter the house, the garage and your room directly.

You are welcome to use your room until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Should it take a little longer, please speak to our friendly staff at reception. We cannot make this possible in advance.

Direct bookers normally pay on departure. Bookers via third party sites pay at the latest after the free cancellation period has expired. We accept EC-Card, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa-Card, American Express) Apple- or Google-Pay as means of payment. We only accept cash payments for consumption from our refrigerator of trust.

Something can always come up. Have you booked directly with us? Send us an e-mail to buchung@auszeit-hh.de. Please include your booking number. We will check everything and you will receive a reply. If you have booked via one of the internet portals, please contact the portal directly.

The Auszeit Hotel is a breakfast hotel. There are restaurants nearby that you can reach on foot. If there are others, you will need to use public transport, bicycles or a car. You can find many tips in ourdigital guest folder. Of course, the good spirits at reception are always on hand to advise you.
