Online Check-In & save time
Once the free cancellation period has expired, you will receive an email containing a link to check in. Please complete the check-in process directly on your smartphone. We will send you another reminder via text message from 12:00 am noon on the day of arrival.
Your smartphone as key
On the day of your arrival, you will receive the keys for the underground car park and the main entrance in the guest app under ‘Your Keys’. Your room key will be available from 3 pm at the latest. You will also receive a text message to let you know. To open a door, simply swipe the arrow from left to right and you will gain access to the relevant area.
