How long is the reception staffed?
Our reception is staffed Monday-Friday from 07:00 am - 06:00 pm and on weekends and public holidays from 08:00 am - 03:00 pm. Outside these hours, you can still travel in comfort. Simply follow the online check-in and your mobile phone will be your door opener around the clock.
When can I start having breakfast?
We serve our breakfast buffet during the week from 06:30 am - 09:30 am and on weekends or public holidays from 07:30 am - 10:00 am in our light-flooded winter garden on the ground floor. For breakfast we charge 15,90 €/ person and night when booking directly with us.
Can I pay on account?
Unfortunately, payment on account is not possible. We are happy to accept payment with a credit card that can be charged. This will be charged after the stay and the invoice will be sent paperless via e-mail to the travelling guest.
Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve a parking space. If you book directly with us, an underground parking space worth € 12.50 is available free of charge. When booking via online portals or travel agencies, we charge for parking in the garage.
Is it possible to be exempted from the city tax?
As a business traveler, you can no longer be exempt from the Hamburg culture and tourism tax as of 01.01.2023. Here, the fiscal authority of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg has published a new decree at the beginning of the year.
Is it possible to participate in video conferences from the room?
Due to the age of our hotel, we unfortunately do not have LAN connections in the rooms. However, our high-speed wi-fi is extremely stable and you can participate in video conferences without any problems.
How to pay?
You can conveniently pay your invoice by credit card (America Express, VISA & Master Card) or by EC or Maestro Card. Payment on debit account is only possible by cost transfer with a chargeable credit card. Please send us the corresponding form by arrival at the latest.

The surroundings of the Auszeit Hotel are not stingy with attractions. The neighboring Fischbeker Heide attracts with fantastic hiking trails, in the neighboring regional park Rosengarten you can also enjoy a wonderful bike ride or walk. If you feel like Elbe & dike, grab one of our rental bikes and set off directly from the hotel, in the direction of the Alte Land. Lots of fruit farms and cafes invite you to linger. Do you prefer the harbor or the Speicherstadt? The S-Bahn is only 5 minutes walk and within walking distance from the hotel.
