Our values

In this way, we help to shorten supply chains and minimise CO2 emissions. Cheese from "Hof Backensholz", chocolate spread from "Schokovida Hamburg", honey from a beekeeper in the Nordheide and sausage and meat products from "Des Fleischers Tochter".

Nothing is more authentic than the individuality of each person. We recognise every personality with its different needs and try to tailor everything to suit them as far as possible. This means that we don't have any standardised, trained phrases. Food intolerances or certain diets are not a problem for us, but are taken into account on an individual basis. As part of our bed & breakfast concept, we pursue a lean hotel offer. This includes consciously foregoing all facilities that would entail high costs and energy expenditure, such as the wellness area, fitness room or sauna. The savings we can achieve in this way enable us to constantly improve the quality of our offer, from which our guests benefit in the form of an attractive price-performance ratio with every stay.
