Self-Check-In - How it works!
Find out here how to complete the self-check-in process in four simple and convenient steps and then receive your key. Your advantages: Arrive at any time, don't have to memorise a numerical code and don't have to stand at a key safe in bad weather to take your room card.

1. Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail shortly after your booking. Bookers via external sites (Booking, Expedia, etc.) receive their booking confirmations exclusively via the portal.
2. Check-In
As soon as you have received the booking confirmation by email, you can check in at any time. If you need a company invoice, you can enter a different billing address.
Bookers via external websites (Booking, Expedia, etc.) will receive this option by SMS on the day of arrival, provided we have a mobile phone number.

3. Access
On the day of arrival, all guests receive their room key as a link via SMS on their mobile phone. If there are two of you staying in the room, simply forward this SMS. If you have problems with your mobile phone, a back-up system is available on site. Don't worry: we won't leave anyone out in the rain.
4. Room Key
Under the tab "Room Key" you will find your room key. Only the doors that are relevant for you are displayed. To open a door, simply swipe the slider to the right. You will see that the door opens.
