    Of course, you can enter the hotel and your room at any time with your key card. However, our friendly faces at the reception are not on site around the clock. The reception desk is staffed during the following times.

    Monday to Friday: 06:30 h - 19:00 h
    Saturday/Sunday/holidays: 08:00 - 16:00

    Check-in is possible from 15:00. You can arrive from 12:00 on. We will gladly store your luggage upon request. Should you arrive after 19:00 during the week or after 16:00 on weekends or holidays, please contact us in advance during reception hours in order to schedule your check-in.

  • How do I get into the city?

    How do I get into the city?

    You leave the hotel, keep to the right, cross the main street and in 5 minutes on foot you are at the platform for the metro train to Hamburg. Tickets are available at the ticket machine.

    Tip: At our reception, we can offer you the Hamburg Card for purchase, with which you can get further discounts on many attractions in Hamburg as well as public transportation. We recommend that you book your Hamburg Card when you make your reservation.

  • When do I pay and what means of payment are accepted?

    When do I pay and what means of payment are accepted?

    Payment is generally made upon arrival. We accept payment in cash, EC-Cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. For some special offers, a deposit of 100% is due in advance. You will receive a deposit invoice by e-mail after payment has been made.

    Check-out is with us before 11:00 am.

    Late check-out is possible until 14:00 for an extra charge of 15,00 €. The best thing is to reserve late check-out directly with your booking or upon your arrival with our friendly faces at the reception. Should you arrive before 6:30 during the week or 08:00 on weekends, please be sure to speak to our team to make arrangements.

     

  • Where can I park?

    We have our own underground car park which can be used free of charge (max. entrance height 1.95 m). Reservations for the car park are not possible. Alternatively, you will also find free public parking spaces in the vicinity of the hotel. So parking is actually not a problem during your Auszeit.

  • Do I have to book breakfast in advance?

    Do I have to book breakfast in advance?

    No, you can also decide spontaneously on site. However, you will benefit from pre-booking breakfast at our inclusive online price of 9.50 €, if you book breakfast at the same time as your room.

    The following price applies on site:

    • 11,50 € for adults
    • 7,50 € for children from 4-14 years
    • Children under 4 years breakfast free of charge
    • External guests are 16,50 € per person

    If you would like to invite guests to breakfast with us, please speak to our friendly faces beforehand. For space reasons, we can only permit outside guest depending on the respective booking situation.

    There are restaurants near the hotel that you can reach on foot or a few special spots where it makes more sense to take a car. Before your arrival, as a special Auszeit service, you will receive an email with our recommendations and a lot of other useful information about your stay. You will also find many tips in the digital room folder. Of course, the friendly faces at the reception desk are also available to advise you at any time.

  • Is there vegan, gluten and lactose-free breakfast?

    Is there vegan, gluten and lactose-free breakfast?

    As a standard, we have the following products for you in our breakfast buffet:

    • Gluten-free bread & rolls
    • Lactose free milk
    • Vegan soymilk

    Is missing something to complete our breakfast buffet? Just send us a short e-nail and we will try to fulfil your wish.

    Of course, you have free WLAN in the entire hotel. The password is available at the reception.

    Of course, there is a hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

    ...an iron or ironing board?
    Unfortunately not. But we'll be happy to help you out with a an iron and ironing board to use free of charge. Or you can use our complete ironing service. Here we charge a fee of 6,50 € per piece.

    ...a washing machine?
    Sorry – we do not have a washing machine. But our friendly staff from housekeeping will be happy to help you with your laundry. Put your laundry bag with your room number listed on it outside the door by 10:00 in the morning and you will have your laundry back in the evening. For this service, we charge a flat rate of 15,00 € per bag.

    All rooms of the category “TraumZeit” have a refrigerator.

    ...a tea or water boiler?
    All rooms of the category “LandZeit” have a free tea and coffee maker

    ...a mini-bar?
    Instead of a minibar, the "Refrigerator of Honour", filled with common drinks of local origin, is waiting downstairs in the winter garden. The " Refrigerator of Honour " is open to you around the clock. Simply note down your purchases and we will bill you later at your departure.

    ...an in-room safe?
    All rooms are equipped with a safe. The size of the safe also allows the storage of a 15-inch laptop.

    ...allergy proof bed linen?
    Yes, all rooms have allergy-proof bedding. If you need an extra pillow, you will find this in the cupboard.

    ...special pillows?
    Yes, we are happy to provide you with our special pillows free of charge. The number of pillows is limited. Therefore, it is best to reserve the cushions when booking. Therefore, we can do our best that ensure you get one! We promise.

    ...accessibility?
    Unfortunately, there are no barrier-free rooms in the hotel at the moment. In case of questions, please call us. We will be happy to advise you.

    All rooms are without balcony or terrace. In the summer, our outdoor terraces in the courtyard and in front of the house invite you to enjoy the fresh air.

    It is best to book your Hamburg Card when you make your reservation. But you can also decide on the spot to purchase one, without any problem.

    Flowers for your loved one, a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of wine or a small arrangement for breakfast can be booked directly when you make your reservation.

    Our friendly faces at the Reception Desk will gladly organize transportation for you.

    What else should we take for our little ones?

    We have a baby cot or beds and toilet seats for your child on site. Tip: It is best to book extra child accessories directly with your reservation. In the morning, we have a highchair ready for breakfast. So that your child can move around the room safely and freely, the accessible electrical sockets are fitted with child safety locks.

    If you need hot water to prepare porridge or tea, you are welcome to ask the friendly faces at the Reception Desk. There is always a kettle available at the tea bar in the winter garden. There is a kettle directly in your room in the room categories “LandZeit” or “TraumZeit”.

    No, we do not have a bar. But we do have the popular "Refrigerator of Honour". In the winter garden, you will find cold drinks and local specialities around the clock. Just write down your selection on the order slip, take the order slip with you and pay conveniently upon departure.
