    Of cours, our good spirits at the reception are available to check-in and advise you personally at the following times:

    Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. / Saturday / Sunday / Holidays: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

    No problem! For arrivals after opening hours, you can use our online check-in. You will receive an e-mail from us on the day of arrival at 15:00/14:00. Carry out the check-in. You will then be granted access to the house via smartphone. More information on how it works here!

  • When can I move into my room?

    You are guaranteed to be able to check into your room from 3:00 pm.

  • Until when can the room be used?

    You are welcome to use your room until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Should it take a little longer, please contact our good spirits.

  • How can I pay?

    Payment is normally made on departure. You are also welcome to use our online check-out from 06:00 on the day of departure. We accept payment by EC card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa card, American Express), Apple or Google Pay. Small amounts up to € 50.00 can also be paid in cash.

  • How can I change/cancel my reservation?

    Something can always come up. Have you booked directly with us? Send us an email at buchung@auszeit-hh.de. We will check everything. Please include your booking number. We will check everything and you will receive a reply. If you have booked via one of the internet portals, please contact the portal directly.

  • Where can I park?

    Where can I park?

    As a direct booker, you can use our in-house underground car park free of charge to the value of € 15.00 (max. entry height 1.95 m). Unfortunately, reservations cannot be made. Alternatively, you will find free public parking spaces around the hotel.

  • How do i get to the city?

    How do i get to the city?

    Walk out of the hotel and keep to the right, cross the main road and in a few minutes you will be at the platform for S-Bahn line 3 to Hamburg. The S-Bahn leaves every 10/20 minutes depending on the time of day. Tickets are available from the ticket machine at the station. We recommend the 09:00 group day ticket. You will need the 1-2 rings area.

     

  • How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

    How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

    It's very simple. At the airport, take the S1 line. At the main station, change to the S3 line in the direction of Neugraben, Stade or Buxtehude. Leave the S3 at Neugraben and follow the Bauernweide exit. It is a 5-minute walk to the hotel. In total it takes between 45-60 minutes.

    You will always get the best price on our own homepage. We work with daily prices that are based on the occupancy and demand of our house. Online bookings are always 5% cheaper than telephone or e-mail enquiries. Exclusive homepage offers can be up to 20% cheaper than the daily rate.

  • Do I have to book breakfast in advance?

    Do I have to book breakfast in advance?

    It is not necessary to register for breakfast or book along. You can also decide on the spot. However, if you book it directly, we will grant you a benefit of € 2.00 per person and night. If you would like to invite guests for breakfast, please contact our good spirits beforehand. For reasons of space, we can only decide this according to the respective booking situation.

    Your Auszeit Hotel is a breakfast hotel. There are restaurants nearby that you can reach on foot. For others, you would need to use public transport, bikes or the car. You will find many tips in our digital room folder. Of course, the good spirits at the reception are always available to give you advice.

  • Is there vegan, gluten and lactose-free breakfast?

    Is there vegan, gluten and lactose-free breakfast?

    We have some gluten-free/lactose-free products for you in our range. Among other things, our mueslis are predominantly gluten-free and we also have appropriate rolls & bread. We have lactose-free milk and soy milk on site and our homemade jams are all vegan. Are you missing something? Just drop us a quick email. We will try to organise it for you.

  • Does my room have...

    Does my room have...

    ...WLAN?
    Of course, you have free WLAN in the entire hotel. The password is available at the reception or in our guest-service-system.

    ...a hairdryer?
    Of course, there is a hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

    ...an iron or ironing board?
    Unfortunately not. But we'll be happy to help you out with a an iron and ironing board to use free of charge. Or you can use our complete ironing service. Here we charge a fee of 10,00 € per piece.

    ...a washing machine?
    Sorry – we do not have a washing machine. But our friendly staff from housekeeping will be happy to help you with your laundry. Put your laundry bag with your room number listed on it outside the door by 10:00 in the morning and you will have your laundry back in the evening. For this service, we charge a flat rate of 15,00 € per bag.

    ...a refrigerator?
    All rooms of the category “TraumZeit” have a refrigerator.

    ...a tea or water boiler?
    All rooms of the category “SehZeit” have a free tea and coffee maker. The category "LandZeit" have a nespresso machine and tea maker.

    ...a mini-bar?
    Instead of a minibar, the "Refrigerator of Honour", filled with common drinks of local origin, is waiting downstairs in the winter garden. The " Refrigerator of Honour " is open to you around the clock. Simply note down your purchases and we will bill you later at your departure.

    ...an in-room safe?
    All rooms are equipped with a safe. The size of the safe also allows the storage of a 15-inch laptop.

    ...allergy proof bed linen?
    Yes, all rooms have allergy-proof bedding. If you need an extra pillow, you will find this in the cupboard.

    ...special pillows?
    Yes, we are happy to provide you with our special pillows. Therefore, it is best to reserve the cushions when booking. Therefore, we can do our best that ensure you get one! We promise.

    ...accessibility?
    Unfortunately, there are no barrier-free rooms in the hotel at the moment. In case of questions, please call us. We will be happy to advise you.

    All rooms are without balcony or terrace. In the summer, our outdoor terraces in the courtyard and in front of the house invite you to enjoy the fresh air.

    Luggage storage
    Before or after your stay, you can store your luggage with us free of charge.

    Purchase of the Hamburg Card
    It is best to book your Hamburg Card when you make your reservation. But you can also decide on the spot to purchase one, without any problem.

    Order small items
    Flowers for your loved one, a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of wine or a small arrangement for breakfast can be booked directly when you make your reservation.

    Order a taxi
    Our friendly faces at the Reception Desk will gladly organize transportation for you.

  • What else should we take for our little ones?

    What else should we take for our little ones?

    We have a baby cot or beds and toilet seats for your child on site. Tip: It is best to book extra child accessories directly with your reservation. In the morning, we have a highchair ready for breakfast. So that your child can move around the room safely and freely, the accessible electrical sockets are fitted with child safety locks.

    If you need hot water to prepare porridge or tea, you are welcome to ask the friendly faces at the Reception Desk. There is always a kettle available at the tea bar in the winter garden. There is a kettle directly in your room in the room categories “LandZeit” or “TraumZeit”.

    No, we do not have a bar. But we do have the popular "Refrigerator of Honour". In the winter garden, you will find cold drinks and local specialities around the clock. Just write down your selection on the order slip, take the order slip with you and pay conveniently upon departure.

  • Can we bring our dog with us?

    Sorry. Pets are currently not allowed at the hotel.

  • Is it possible to rent bikes?

    Is it possible to rent bikes?

    We always have two touring bikes and two e-bikes for hire on site. We can order additional bikes or children's bikes for you with a lead time of 24 hours. You only need to bring your own helmets or similar.
